Hi Ian -

Wow, great site! You've got a lot of great graphics. It's great to see pride in our country. Contrary to those who oppose this kind of pride, I believe that this pride in America is a great starting point for improvement. We have the best "form" of government, and the best forum for making change. We can honor or dis our past, and whether we agree or not with current policies, we have the forum to discuss them and enable change.   For or against the current war, you can still support our troops.   As much of a patriot that I am, I support the right to burn the flag in protest, though I shake in anger when I see it.   But that's what makes this country great!

It is refreshing to see a young man with such pride in our country and in our military. It is sad that most people don't understand what our men and women in uniform all over the world must sacrifice to protect out freedoms. They sacrifice more than we ever realize. Keep up the good work Ian!

In response to the previous post, you need to realise that my site does not bend in a Republican or Democrat way, even if it appears to. Whoever was directly involved is pictured. Why is patriotism to one's country a bad thing? I don't understand why so many people get angry about patriotism. Of course the world has troubles, and it always will, but you can still respect and love your nation for what it stands for and continues to stand for.

You people need to breathe some fresh air for a while. When will you begin to see what George Bush is doing to not only our country but the planet as a whole? We're involved in something that is beyond control. We are now outside the realm of reason to let George Bush continue to kill, maim and ruin the lives of Americans and all people. George Bush must be removed from office and I am charging all of you to take notice to the fact that the world, and especially as Americans traverse it, is a much more dangerous place. Wake up!!! Images of memorials, eagles or angles might make you feel good. That's great. But it doesn't change the realities we are now faced with. Killing, as George Bush proposes, is not the answer. Why don't you let G.W. know that he's making poor decisions, sending American men and women off to their deaths and for what? Since September 11, 2001, ask yourself this question... Who has gained from the war on terror? The answer is not a country, it is people, and the chances are pretty good it's not you and it sure isn't me.
